Yeah as you can see, I've created a poll here.
Maybe some of you might argue that these singers 'aren't that new' but 2009 saw these young singers rose up to fame and I considered these four because they constantly came up with new single after single, hit after hit, especially Katy Perry and Lady Gaga in that sense.
I could see this is a straight fight between Katy Perry and Gaga as the two have bring much colors to the industry with their sexy, chic, and at times bizarre fashion statements but don't undermine the goody-two-shoes singers, Taylor Swift and Kris Allen who had their taste of success and their own ways in stealing the limelight last year.
