So as I was busy planning and sorting things out for my upcoming birthday dinner this Saturday, a thought struck me, "Last year at this time, was I this busy or things were already in place for my birthday dinner party?"

The answer is the former. This time around last year, I was still busy making plans and inviting people over to my party. I was still having headaches on selecting the best venue, date, menu etc. It was so poorly planned and I remember making a promise to myself, "Next year I will do it better."

Turns out, I'm not. I'm not doing it any better than last year. I'm still the sloppy, poor-planner as I was last year. Perhaps I can take comfort with the fact that I got a little busier this year with #twtupJohor and other stuff, but in a nutshell, I didn't fulfil my own promise I made to myself, last year.

And that triggered me to think at a larger scale. Looking at a bigger picture. My life as a whole. Have I changed for the better this year? Am I a better person than who I was last year? Am I keeping the promises I've made before?

Plenty of yes and no I'd might say. Then I started to evaluate myself, where I am and who am I now. I started to look around. I started to compare. I started to analyse.

How do I fare, work wise? Am I a better employee now? Do I understand things that I didn't last year? Can I solve problems that I can't back then? What about financial-wise? Have I started saving for my future? Or am I still a big spender like I've always been?

And one can't simply run from the relationship question. I remember seeing a girl, at this time last year, which didn't turn out well. Fast forward to one year later, she already has a boyfriend now with 3 different ex-boyfriends before that. And me? I'm still roaming free in this lonely town called the singlehood. Well no change there.

So the questions keep on flowing, like I'm doing an interview and a post-mortem on myself. Have I gained more weight this year (yes), do I drive a better car this year (no), do I have more Twitter followers this year (yes) and the list goes on and on.

So, the bottom line is, people say life is a journey. Up ahead, looking forward. But there's certainly no harm in looking back once in awhile. Not to dwell on our past, but to do a reality check on ourself. To evaluate things. To analyse situations. To re-set goals. To see where do we stand today.

Those evaluating is not enough. We must strive to be better. We need to adjust our attitude if it needs to be. We have to grow up, and be more wiser than we were last year.

So tell me, exactly one year ago, what were you doing? And are you generally doing it better this year?

So I have. Watched The Vow.

Quite frankly, I wasn't aware about the existence of the movie prior to watching it. Neither have I watched the trailer nor seen the poster anywhere. Perhaps they were there, but I just happened to miss them. So I didn't know what to expect out of this movie, initially I thought.

Anyway, no, this is not a movie review, professionally. I'm a no movie critic. I'm just a normal guy who enjoys watching movies, and tonight I feel like sharing it. And yes, spoiler alert.

So, what is the movie all about? And how did it affect me until it made me blog about it?

This movie starred Channing Tatum and my ex-girlfriend, Rachel McAdams. It lingers around how far can one go, in getting his love back. What would he sacrifice. How long can he weather the storm. How determined he is, in fighting reality that the one he loves. has become a complete stranger. Not on her own will, but fate decided that they got into an accident and she had a major knock on her head that she fell into a coma. Upon waking up, she didn't remember her own husband.

As this movie goes along, audience is left wondering the ultimate question, will Paige (Rachel) ever regain her memory? What will Leo (Channing) do to help Paige in rediscovering herself, and eventually rediscovering them?

I'm not gonna spoil it further for all of you, but I'd must say, I enjoyed watching this movie. After series of good and not-so-good action and comedy movies I watched recently, it felt actually good to watch a good romantic movie.

So I'll leave you with some of memorable lines from this movie and some quotes that I created myself from this movie. Enjoy!

"I hope one day I can love the way that you love me." - Paige

"I vow to love you, no matter what challenges might carry us apart, we will always find a way back to each other" - Leo

“How do you look at the girl you love and tell yourself it’s time to walk away?” - Leo

"If we're meant to be together, we'll be together" - Leo

To me your face is familiar, but to your heart, I'm nothing but a stranger.

Sometimes after you've tried your best and put all your effort into it, you'll just have to let times do its course.

Falling in love is not a once-off event. You should fall in love every day, with the same person.

So did you know that last Thursday was the World Heart Day? I know this entry is 2 days late but I'd love to share the message here anyway because this topic is very close to my, yep, heart.

Referring to the World Heart Federation website, World Heart Day was created in the year 2000 to inform people around the globe that heart disease and stroke are the world's leading cause of death, claiming 17.1 million lives each year.

Almost 80% of premature deaths from heart disease and stroke could be avoided if the main risk factors, tobacco, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity, are controlled.

So ask yourself. Are you a smoker? Are you practicing a healthy diet? Have you been physically active?

It's time to do the right thing. I know I haven't been eating right. I haven't been exercising right. But at least I can say proudly that I'm not a smoker. And those who are close to me would know why.

Because my father passed away when I was 7 due to heart failure. And why? Because he was a heavy smoker.

So I'm not gonna risk my life, the people around me, and maybe my future generation. I'm going to love my heart and I recommend you guys to do the same. :) Love your 

I hope this entry explains everything that you need to know about who am I and why am I trending in Malaysia for the past 3 days.

First of all, hi. I'm @faliqfahmie and this is my blog. I signed up for Twitter on 13th May 2009 and been a Twitterholic since then. What do I tweet? Crap mostly. And corny stuff that you would puke to.

Having 7,811 followers on Wednesday, I tweeted "Your name is my personal trending topic". If you're from Twitter, you would know what does this mean. If you're not, I suggest you sign up for one. Ha.

Ok so few friends of mine responded to this tweet by jokingly tweeted "#FaliqFahmie is my personal trending topic" and suddenly it became a hashtag. Friends tweeted about #FaliqFahmie to make fun of my tweet and without knowing it, it got trending. Thanks to these people with lots of followers, @karrotgold @dabushkamaruddin @bam_reel @aizadfahmy @ciksenah and lots more.

What started as a joke, became a trending topic.

Everybody started to ask who the heck is #FaliqFahmie and it contributed to the trending. Some friends also jokingly tweeted "Better delete your Twitter if you didn't know who #FaliqFahmie is" and some people took it seriously.

Today, 3 days after that, I'm having 10,190 followers on Twitter, 217 followers on this blog from 124, and 28 Facebook friend requests.

So here are the FAQ.
How did I become trending? My friends started it, haters added to it, strangers have been asking about it.

What did I do to become trending? I don't know. Read my timeline. It's boring actually.

What do I feel about this? At first thrilled, but after receiving so many haters for nothing, I'm feeling quite uncomfortable with this sudden fame, really. What I'm afraid most is, when these new followers realized that I'm actually boring and they will regret following me.

You guys should know that I never wanted this to happen, and it wasn't me who started the trending.

So, there goes my story. I can only be me. I'm sorry if I didn't meet your expectations.
And I hope this trending topic dies off soon as I don't deserve to be up there.
:)

Ok done promoting other people's videos. Now I present to you my own video. But this video could never be materialized without the help of @karrotgold The Director, @Azizulmajjal The Videographer cum editor, @Luna_Rahman The Lady Ghost, @rafflethazzle The Production Assistant, @liyOthman The Make Up Artist, @AinaAzizi The Myvi Owner and friends @KhirOmar @rararawr.

Here goes! :D

And some behind the scene pictures.

THANKS TO EVERYONE! :D

1. Takde notification2 yang semak.

Tension kan kalau kau komen satu gambar atau komen status someone, berpuluh notification akan menyusul kalau orang lain pun menyemak nak komen sama. Tapi kau siapa nak halang orang lain dari komen status atau gambar member kau tu? Tau takpe.

Nak upload gambar party pun kena hide. Hee.

4. Spam timeline orang tanpa rasa bersalah.

Kalau dekat Twitter, ikut sukahati jari gemok kau la kau nak tweet setiap seminit ke, 2 minit ke sebab mostly orang lain pun buat yang sama. Tapi kalau dekat Facebook atau BBM, kalau kau tukar status setiap minit, nak makan nasik pun nak cakap, nak berak cangkung pun nak cakap, nak salin spender pun nak cakap, mesti kau makin kurang kawan lepas tu.

Kalau dekat Facebook pun, most of their fanpages are monitored/handled by others. Tapi artis Hollywood tu takyahla korang mengada nak try sembang. Memang harapan la dorang nak reply.

6. Berita lagi cepat dari Mak Jah sebelah rumah.

Yang ni benda betul. Kalau kau follow the right people, the right account, kau akan dapat berita lagi cepat dari media lain. Lembs.

7. Twitter = Radio + TV dalam bentuk teks.

Kau nak tau update tentang keadaan trafik di area KL? Follow @kltraffic. Nak tau kat mana ada roadblock? Follow @KLroadblock.

Cool weh. And otai twitter kita @bongkersz penah cipta rekod buat hashtag #yorais dan jadi nombor 3 trending worldwide. Aku pun bernasib baik pernah buat hashtag #tweetmovies dan jadi trending worldwide nombor 1 for few hours. :D

9. Quote-pushers.

Untuk orang-orang yang suka quotes macam aku, tak kisahlah motivating ones, the funny ones, or even the corny ones, mesti akan suka dengan Twitter sebab some accounts memang famous dengan quote dorang mcm @DamnItsTrue, @BestFilmQuotes, @Lord_Voldemort7, @funnyordie and banyak lagi la dowh.

10. Because Twitter brings people together.

Honestly, Twitter is the best medium for people to connect with each other, for now. Especially people with the same interests, weh. Football clubs ke, photography ke, music ke, fan clubs ke, Twitter mmg the best. Walaupun Facebook ada fanpages and groups, interaction among people dalam Twitter lagi gempak. And kalau bukan sebab Twitter, aku still takde kawan laki sampai sekarang. And berapa ramai kapel dlm Twitter, orang dapat project sebab Twitter, jadi geng kamcing thru Twitter? Banyakk wokkk.

So all in all, setakat ni Twitter mmg change kehidupan aku in so many ways. Despite all the stupid dramas, friendship yang aku dapat dari Twitter memang priceless siot.

Jadi kalau korang takde Twitter lagi, sign up la cepat dan follow aku @faliqfahmie. (kecuali kalau korang bos aku atau family members. Haha kidding)

Aku ingat lagi dalam setaun lepas, budak2 opis aku panggil aku Facebook junkie. Pantang depan PC, pantang depan laptop, pantang bukak phone, mesti Facebook.

Hari-hari update status.
Hari-hari komen wall orang.
Hari-hari komen gambar orang.
Tiap bulan upload album.

Kalau tak bukak Facebook sehari, mesti badan gatal-gatal tumbuh ruam.

Tapi itu dulu.
Sekarang aku dah insaf.
Aku bukan lagi kaki Facebook.
Aku tak lagi menatap Facebook 12 jam sehari (yang lain tu masa aku mandi, berak dan tidur)
Aku tak lagi upload album tiap bulan. Last album pun aku rasa raya 2010. Gila kau, taun lepas tu.

Sekarang aku bukak 5 minit je.
Sekarang aku bukak just nak tengok gambar2 orang tag je.
Sekarang aku bukak sebab nak tengok birthday siapa hari ni.
Sekarang aku bukak kejap, dah rasa bosan.

Aku dah berubah.
Aku bukan lagi Facebook junkie.

Sebab sekarang aku adalah Twitter junkie!
\(^o^)/

Yes. Aku dah lama tahu tapi baru terfikir balik pasal benda ni.
Ingat lagi masa kecik aku selalu ingat lagu ni lagu comel, macam lagu kasih sayang gitew.

Tapi bila aku dengar the whole song, baru aku tau sebenarnya ni lagu sedih.
Maybe orang Malaysia tak tau sangat sebab ini bukan lagu nursery rhymes kita.
Lagu nursery rhymes kita macam lagu Pok Pok Amai, Papa Ku Pulang Dari Kota, dengan lagu Kain Pelikat La La La. Sebab tu kita tak tau.

Ok so ini lirik full untuk lagu sedih ni.
Jangan nangis okay?

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine.

You make me happy, when skies are grey

You'll never know dear, how much I love you.

Please don't take my sunshine away.

The other night dear, as I lay sleeping

I dreamed I held you in my arms

But when I awoke, dear, I was mistaken

So I hung my head and I cried.

And sebenarnya aku rasa line 'You'll never know dear, how much I love you' tu sebenarnya menerangkan yang penyanyi ni sebenarnya syok sendiri je. Orang tu tak tau pun. Macam unerequited love or tepuk tangan sebelah je la.

Yeah sedih kan.
Actually ni bukan lagu nursery rhymes pun.
Ni lagu Johnny Cash.

:)

Yes it's 2011, people. Time to pretend to have resolutions, time to pretend we'll struggle to be better persons, time to pretend it's time for a new start.

Ok ok I don't mean to be a downer here.
To all optimistic bastards out there, please skip.
To all rationale people who are reading this, pat your backs.

Ok here goes.

Face it, it's just another year, it's just another date.
Similar misery, similar heartbreaks.

Yes it's a new year, but we still have the old fear,
Fear of not noticing the signs, even though they are oh so clear,
Fear of being let down. Fear of being lied to,
Fear of failures, disappointments and heck, fear of being dumped too.

Fear of being taken advantages of, fear of losing,
Being cheated again and again, doesn't sound so amusing,
Fear of being backstabbed by two-faced friends,
By the ones who said 'friendship til the end',

Fear of empty promises, fear of false hopes,
Fear of losing grip, while hanging on our last rope,
Fear of being neglected, fear of being alone,
And let's not forget, fear of the shadows of our own.

With so many fear yet to be encountered, how can this be a new start?

Atas katil. Belum mandi.

Roommate aku tengah mandi. Biarlah dia mandi dulu.
Dia memang jenis mandi lama.

So ini kali pertama aku jejakkan kaki ke bumi Segamat.
SELEPAS 5 tahun.
Rindu jugak dengan tempat ni. Banyak memori.
Tiba-tiba memori daun pisang tu semua menerpa sekaligus, slide by slide.
3 tahun aku kat sini 2002-2005 dekat Uitm, macam-macam memori ada.
Gaduh sampai kena buang kolej, repeat paper, tiru time finals, kena kacau hantu, dan paling best kefemesan aku sebagai player (tak betul sebenarnya, aku dulu pemalu dan pendiam).

Hotel yg aku stay ni pun aku rasa dulu takde.
Tapi terbaik jugakla. Ada free wifi, sebelah kanan restoran ikan bakar, sebelah kiri tempat urut.

Ok aku nak iron baju utk program office kitorang esok kat sini.

And kawan aku still belum habis mandi.

My last post was in August?

Gile lah. It's almost 3 months I've abandoned this blog.
Kesian dia. *usap kepala blogspot.

Maybe aku ni jenis yang cepat boring kot.
Semua benda pun aku nak buat, tapi barai.
Blogspot lah, tumblr lah, formspring lah, tapi tak terjaga.
Even facebook pun aku dah masuk sekadar menjamah je.

Gotta blame Twitter for this.
:)

Ok cargas dulu.
Jumpa lagi 4 bulan akan datang. :D

Jam menunjukkan tepat 8 malam.

"Fuh sempat lagi"

Kaki kanan dianjakkan melewati bendul pintu masjid. Anak-anak kecil berlari keluar masuk.
Ah saf masih kosong.

Sang Bilal memanggil kami.

Sedang fikiran masih merewang, terdengar:

"ALLAHUMA SOLIA'ALA MUHAMMAD''

Ahh. Aku kaku.

Insha Allah.

SELAMAT MENYAMBUT RAMADHAN AL-MUBARAK.

Yeah, like the rest of you, I sometimes depend on some comic strips as a medium for stress reliever, or just to kill times. I have a few favourite comic strips, namely Dilbert, Pickles, Shoes and Cyanide & Happiness. While I can always read Pickles and Shoes in the cartoon section inside The Star, sometimes I don't mind the trouble of surfing the web for my occasional dosage of Dilbert and Cyanide & Happiness.

But recently, I came across a comic strip that caught my attention instantly. Unlike the other comic strips I mentioned above, that have distinguished characters with names, physical attributions with range of topics, this comic strip lets the reader roam freely using their own creativity and imagination but still chained with the idea the artist would like to portray. And the best part is, the hero of this comic strip is something or someone that I can relate a lot. At least with my current situation.

This comic strip basically lingers around with the story of a guy, (many think it's the real reflection of the artist) who chases his dream girl, who is, oddly his good friend for 10 years. It's a good combination of mixed feelings when reading this strip as it has humour, sarcasm, witty quotes, sweet wordings and even vulgar/crude drawings. It also shows a man's determination in winning a girl's heart even though it's highly unlikely that the girl would feel the same as she is currently with someone and only sees the first guy as a friend. (now THAT's the part I can always relate to)

So, here goes, I present to you www.kartoen.be . Dont forget to read the strips from March 2006 and read from bottom first.

Here are some of my favourite strips, as a sneak preview. Kudos to the artist, Mr Jeroen :)

It may take us no time to get here, but you're already my favourite for a lot of things.

My favourite hello, and my favourite goodbye,
My favourite laugh, and my favourite smile,
My favourite truth, and my favourite lie,
My favourite frown, and my favourite cry.

My favourite hugs, and my favourite kiss,
My favourite fight, and my favourite tease,
My favourite reason to write a song and sing,
My favourite reason to wait for the phone to ring.

Of all life's impossible dreams, you are my favourite,
I will keep on hoping, tho your love is unrequited,
Of all life's better future, you are my favorite waiting,
Of all things that might hurt me, you're my favourite suffering.

So, the much anticipated, dubbed as the greatest show on earth, has finally begun. The much awaited World Cup kickstarted last Friday with the host, South Africa drew 1-1 against Mexico, with subsequent matches went on smoothly and incident-free. (Unless if you would like to call Robert Green's blunder as an incident, of course).

I see World Cup as the time for so many things.

I think it's the time for the citizens of the world to be united, focusing on the 18 carat gold-covered trophy. Attention will be all be shifted to the first African country to host such an event. Apart from the complaints from the non-vuvuzela's blower, that the African horns are giving them 'much distraction' and 'annoying', as well as the constant cases of national players' rooms got broke into, I think South Africa is doing well in hosting the event. The stadiums they have would put Wembley's to shame on any day.

It's also the time for companies all around the world to join the bandwagon of this football madness to associate their products/services with World Cup. And in tandem with that, FIFA too has hired spies from all around the world, monitoring any companies that use their Logo, FIFA, or World Cup name without their official license and permission. Easy money right.

This is also the time where supporters will stand by their nation, with such spirit and pride. Yup even those people who dont know what football is or how do they play it, will be fans. And for the people from the countries who aren't qualified (like us Msians), all we can do is rooting for other countries.

I think it's also the time for guys to have some reasons to neglect, abandon, ignore their gfs, fiances, spouses, wives, even food or work, when the matches are aired. For girls who decide to tag along, not only they can learn about the game one thing or two, but they also get to feast their eyes with the good looking players on tv. And for those who think otherwise, there will be more times to go out and have some all-girl outings whilst the boys are watching the matches.

But as for me, I dont know. Not a fan of World Cup's to be honest. The leagues, particularly the EPL are the ones that fill my cup, no doubt. But, just to be part of the craze, I'm rooting for Germany, Spain and Argentina this year, no particular order on that. And frankly, for me World Cup is a good bookmark, a sound yardstick to mark the points of life I'm living.

I remember watching the 1994 WC in USA, and I was in Standard Four (10 years old)
Next, 1998 in France, I already entered high school. (14 years old, Form 2)
2002 in Korea/Japan, I was 18 years old, doing my Diploma in Johore
2006 in Germany, I was doing my degree in Malacca.

And now 2010, I'm already 26 and working. See, each WC marks a phase in my journey of life. I dont really recall nor enjoy the whole show but it's always fun to take a pause in life and look back at all those bookmarks in my life diary.

Next up, the WC 2014, and I will be 30 years old. I wonder in what phase I'm going to be by that time. A happily-married man perhaps?

Whatever it is, let's just enjoy the show. :)

picture from ondscene.blogspot.com

So when a friend on Twitter shared a link regarding a tragic accident involving a Myvi, a Vios and a lorry, i thought it was just another sad case of speeding and (most likely) drunk driving. The Myvi alongside with it's driver were burnt into crisp, beyond recognition. (You can read the article here: ondscene.blogspot.com)

But when that friend shared another link (a facebook note, which has been removed when I checked this afternoon), the incident turned to be worse than tragic. The owner of the facebook note explained in details how he witnessed everything in front of his eyes. How he saw the burning Myvi and the female driver who was pinned, crying for help. Being a good Samaritan, he drove off to the nearby BHP Petrol Station to borrow any fire extinguisher from the station to put off the fire.

SADLY, the two BHP workers (foreign, suspected Bangladeshis) refused to lend the fire extinguishers to the guy, with the reason of the doors are locked and they cant simply give them away.

Yes, apparently their fire extinguishers were more valuable than a human's life.

I understand why they kept the fire extinguishers inside their premise. That is what I recommended to my dealers too after so many cases of the fire extinguishers were stolen during night shifts. But again, when someone was in a need of it, a little bit of humane and understanding wont hurt right. I'm feeling sorry for the girl, but i feel sorry the most for the good Samaritan who tried so hard to help a stranger. I could feel that he would be having some sleepless nights over this. He was so close, but still so far.

And for the Bangladeshi? They will just continue their days as usual and perhaps being sent home for some times before coming back.

Exactly a week ago, I was basically feeling all weak and feverish. Badan aku panas, sakit tekak, batuk and flu. Pergi Klinik Chu and got my medications. The very next day, things got worse. Tekak aku super loya, kepala super pening, badan super lemah. Aku dah imagine AH1N1 or ILI. For the whole day aku mkn 2 bites of roti bakar je. Serious takde selera. Took 2 blood tests, satu from private lab, satu dekat Govt Hosp. Tangan aku penuh bintik2 merah. KONFIRM DENGGI.

Colleague bawak aku pergi Hosp but luckily I wasnt admitted. Platelet was ok, 260. PCV and Hemogoblin ada problem. Kazen aku ckp if Platelet bawah 150, bahaya. If bawah 100, memang kena admit. Alhamdulillah semua ok. Tp badan still tak larat.

Wednesday. Went for another blood test. Feeling better, slightly. Aku dah boleh habiskan satu mangkuk mee pagi tu. Results were out. Doing better, feeling better. But still weak lah. Went home and rested.

Fast forward to weekends. Balik KL. Aku rasa semua dah back to normal. Cuma batuk je tak baik lagi. Pastu nafas agak pendek. Overall aku dah ok kot.

Now it's Monday. Aku blogging sambil tunggu colleague to pick me up for our meeting in Seremban. It feels good to be alive :)

2.33am. Parkcity Everly Hotel, Bintulu.

Im typing this whilst listening to my colleague snoring. Just got back from the hotel lounge and man, I'm starting to like Bintulu already. After 2 years in Sarawak, this is my first time being here, thanks to the regional meeting we had today. And to my surprise, Bintulu has lots more to offer than I imagined. Surely my time here was stint, but I'm liking what I see/experience thus far. Gotta say it's better than Sibu. Or at par. I don't know, I hate comparing. But yeah.

Other life's updates: Met few old school friends here, whom I last met 9 years ago. And one of them is getting married in June. Nice. Another reminder for me -_-'

But skipping all the nonsense, I'm actually in a bad shape now. Obviously not gonna reveal it here, but let's just say I foresee a fcking disaster is lurking somewhere, and next week is gonna be a long, tough, trying week for me.

I cant wait to update this blog again, fastforward to next Sunday where I just had so much fun watching Pitbull in concert and packing my bags to attend the meeting in Seremban on 17th.

Of all superpowers that I wished I had, I wish I can travel to times and correct whatever that I messed up few weeks ago, that leads into this pile of shit covering me.

Wish me luck, people, eventhough you wouldn't care less.
Night, Bintulu.
Night, world.

*throws battery charger to the snoring colleague and shuts down laptop.

LOL.

Cute aint it?
Yesterday (7th April) is the International Beaver Day. According to www.science.blogdig.net:

The Beavers, Wetlands and Wildlife Organization is trying to show people how important beavers really are, and the group has produced an educational DVD and sent 1,000 copies to teachers all over the state of New York.

One member says the beaver is one of the most important wild animals for a number of reasons. First, because they build dams and prevent flooding. And second, because beavers protect us from greenhouse gas emissions
So hope you guys hugged all the beavers you came across yesterday. Hehe.

Not forgetting, 7th April was also the World Health Day. So yaw, kick off the smoking habits and head up to the treadmill yaw! :)

hello blog.

it's 2.00am and I'm still wide awake.
feeling a wee bit sleepy but there's an urge for me to update my life.
not necessarily for anyone to read or take notice.
but just to jot down whatever is happening, for my own future readings.

nothing much happened this weekend.
it's been awhile since i last spent my weekend in Sibu.
it's been months I think.
nothing extravagant occurred, just the same routine. house chores, laundry, car wash, watching live bands and all those insignificant shits.

perhaps one event worth mentioning was just the match between MU and Liverpool just now.
Healvia and her cabin crew guy friends had their night stop here in Sibu, so I brought them out and we watched the live match at this one restaurant with big screen. that was my first. since I have my astro at home, i rarely go out to watch football.
Sibu is not KL. we dont have mapleys here. even that restaurant that we went, closed operation just right after we left, which was about 11.30-ish. lame kan?
and oh, chelsea drew with fcking blackburn.
that left us 3rd in the title race. and all the MU and Arsenal fans will be celebrating that for sure.

so i guess thats about it for now.
and oh, al-fatihah to Yanie Mentor, who passed away just now for lung tumor.
another loss to our music industry.

rest in peace now, Yanie
